Are Didiani Beauty cosmetics vegan?

All of our products are vegan.

All of our products are vegan. We do not test on animals!

Are Didiani Beauty cosmetics made in the USA?

All of our products are made in the United States of America.

Account & Orders

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account to place and order but If you sign up, you’ll be the first to know of future releases, promos & discounts.

My makeup products arrived damaged. Can you replace my item(s)?

Your happiness is our top priority. We give our customers 7 days from the date their order was delivered to request a return. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement. We just ask that you pay the shipping cost to send your replacement item. 

I have not received my email confirmation for my purchase, what should I do?

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive an email confirmation of your order. If you still have not received an email, please contact: support@didianibeauty.com.

Can I make any edits to my order once it’s been processed?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit your order once it has been placed. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of the time they were placed. If the order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it at your request. Otherwise, please see our Return Policy.

Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?

All products on didianibeauty.com are in stock and available for order (unless otherwise noted). Items cannot be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is extremely limited and therefore may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.

Can I cancel my order?

If there is a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it. Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel it. However, you have 7 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.  Please see our Return Policy.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange any makeup products?

 

You have 7 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. ONLY unopened products can be returned. Once your refund is accepted, we will refund the total order amount minus the cost of the return shipping label to your original form of payment. 

 

My package is stolen, can I get a replacement order?

Please contact us if there are any shipping issues. We will do our best to resolve them.

Is Didiani Beauty sold at any retailers?

Didiani Beauty is currently not sold in stores. You can find our products online only at didianibeauty.com.

Does Didiani Beauty offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping within the United States.

What shipping method does Didiani Beauty use?

All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS). Please keep in mind processing time is normally 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping but if there is a request, please reach out to: support@didianibeauty.com.  

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

 An email with your confirmation order will be sent to the email address provided at checkout with the summary of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. If you have not received your tracking number, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received a tracking number, please contact our support email at support@didianibeauty.com. For any questions about your package after we have shipped it, please contact your local USPS directly. Didiani Beauty is not responsible for any lost/stolen items or packages once it's out of our possession.
